TASTING NOTES:

A well-balanced, crisp, floral spring ale with a delightfully silky mouthfeel and pale straw hue. Brewed with local raw wildflower honey from our Lacons hives and Huell Melon hops, giving hints of melon and strawberry to compliment the subtle sweetness of the honey.

SETTLE FOR THE PERFECT SERVE.  CASK-CONDITIONED ALE.

Bloom mini cask contains live yeast.  Allow the sediment to settle for 24 hours before serving.  Best served at 12c.
