Norfolk Food & Drink Collaboration Box
We teamed up with our Norfolk foodie friends, Marsh Pig and Bon Bakery, to create this delicious Beer, Charcuterie and Parmesan Bruschetta Box.
We love playing with beer and food pairings, especially when linking up with local food brands. You can’t go wrong with Charcuterie platters (unless you’re vegan, of course!). They are perfect for sharing with friends and family and washing down with our award-winning beer. We’ve put together this brilliant box with Marsh Pig Charcuterie and Bon Bakery Bruschetta so you can create an instant sharing platter to enjoy at home.
Marsh Pig’s charcuterie selection pack includes their four best-sellers; fennel salami, red wine & thyme salami, lomo free-range pork and bresaola. Bon Bakery’s delicious parmesan and black pepper bruschetta adds to this fabulous pairing making it ideal for bite-sized canapés.
There are no limits to how creative you can get. Ten of our beers are included in the box, 4 Encore, 4 Legacy and 2 Affinity. One box of Bon Bakery Black Pepper & Parmesan Bruschetta (160g) and One Marsh Pig Charcuterie Meat Selection Pack (100g). Get creative with this easy-to-make beer and charcuterie platter by adding some olives, cheese, cornichons or grapes. Meet Marsh Pig:
Marsh Pig is a Norfolk-based small family business making everything by hand. Jackie & Sarah Kennedy believe in the highest welfare standard for British Livestock and only use Free Range Pork and Rare Breed British Beef to produce their fantastic range of Award-winning, handmade British Charcuterie.
All cured meats are handmade and dry-cured in the UK and can be kept unopened at room temperature until the best-before date. Once it’s opened, please refrigerate and use it by the best date. Use-by dates are at least 2 to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Meet Bon Bakery:
A family-owned bakery based in Norwich specialising in artisan biscuits, hand baking a range of biscotti and bruschetta. After tasting their range of flavours, we picked parmesan and black pepper bruschetta to pair with Encore, Legacy, Affinity and Marsh Pig’s cured meats. Be warned, Bon Bakery’s bruschetta are incredibly moreish on their own and perfect for making bite-sized canapés washed down with some of our beer.
Marsh Pig’s charcuterie selection pack only needs to be refrigerated once opened. Then, you can keep it refrigerated. Once the bruschetta is opened, you can keep these in an airtight container. However, we warn you that they are dangerously moreish alone!
